A Catholic AI fellowship · New York

The AI Product Fellowship.

Learn how AI products really work by owning one part of a live app, end to end.

BuildSaints is an AI app for young Catholics in New York: AI that helps Catholics grow, in the Church’s teaching. You talk with a saint who walks with you through your real day, and the app does the work: it plans, reminds, finds the Mass that fits your schedule, makes a video.

What you’ll learn and do

A training program in practical AI application logic, on a live product. Using BuildSaints is part of the training: you use it on your own day, money and work (investing, budgeting, work events) to test and improve it in real time.

1

Plan of Life habits

Woven into daily life

The spiritual habits of a Plan of Life (the morning offering, Mass, the examen, the Rosary, spiritual reading) and how to integrate them into a member’s daily activities.

2

Agentic systems

How an AI agent works

System messages (the instructions a model reads every turn), agent loops (plan, call a tool, read the result), the harness around the model (tools, lanes, memory, the checks) and evaluations: test cases and graders, shipping on evidence.

3

Faith content with AI

Liturgy, Scripture, teaching

The liturgical data and the day’s Scripture readings, the teachings of Magnifica Humanitas and the Church’s sources, put to work with AI, with every quotation exact.

Your area: one goal, the whole pipeline

Each fellow focuses primarily, though not exclusively, on one core goal and owns its full pipeline, from a member’s first tap to the result, built with BuildSaints’ own app builder and Claude Code, which writes the code. You market it too: videos made with Claude Code, and the user acquisition for your area. Not separate tracks: every fellow works across product and marketing.
